Rent by the night, week, or month my newly-remodeled, fully furnished apartment in beautiful Grecia Costa Rica which is 30 minutes North of the San Jose Airport.
My Apartment has a secure, two-car garage, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and is situated in the central business district of Grecia, Costa Rica.
Rent includes, maid service once per week, 1 cable connected television with over 75 channels, high-speed cable Internet access, use of desktop computer, all kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils, clothes washer and dryer, and small balcony with a view of the mountains.
Rent is only $75 per night, $400 per week, or $1200 per month. EVERYTHING is included: Utilities, water, electrical, garbage pick up 3 times per week, cable TV with over 20 English channels, High Speed Internet, computer, and maid service once per week.
Most hotels charge at least this much for just one simple room with less amenities!
For lower rates, I can package the apartment with a 4x4 rental, a cell phone, and a GPS if desired.
