Dean,"Hola"!! I just wanted to let you know that I had another great experience with your cell phone rental!! The NOKIA 3G was a big success and I did not experience any problems. Once in awhile I did not have "reception" and that was expected. The guys that dropped and picked up the phone were courteous and attentive. Thanks again for your wonderful service!! first time renter. smooth pickup and drop off.save an easy couple of hours not having to go to the rental compannies and every thing is handled as soon as you get off the plane. nice group of guys to deal with. sent money to michigan account and was done. that easy. will use again next year. thanks from the 4 fishermen

We just returned late last night from our two week trip in Costa Rica. As you know, I was somewhat skeptical about paying in advance for my rental car since I had never used your company before.However, this letter is to let you know that we were VERY pleasantly surprised and completely happy with our 4x4 rental from you. A special thanks to Hugo your service manager!Our plane was scheduled to leave Cincinnati on August 10th and arrive in San Jose at 11:50 AM. However our flight was late leaving Cincinnati and our connecting flight had already left by the time we got to Atlanta. My son called Hugo at your office around 10:00 AM to let him know that we missed our flight and were rescheduled on another flight that wasdue to arrive in San Jose at 8:50 PM. However, our second flight out of Atlanta was also delayed and we did not get to San Jose until about 9:50 PM. We then waited at the baggage claimand watched all the other passengers pick up their luggage and leave the airport only to find that there were no bags left. We then went to the baggage claim area and after a lengthy wait found out that our luggage was still in Atlanta.As such, we did not walk out of the airport until about 10:40 PM. To our amazement, their was Hugo holding up a sign with our name on it. He had a big smile on his face and was as pleasant as could be. Here Hugo had worked in the office all day and was still waiting for us at 10:40 PM. What a joy it was to see him after an otherwise stressful day.The other amazing thing is that when leaving San Jose we were able to leave the car at the airport and call Hugo from the airport to let him know what parking space the car was in. We will definitely use Dean's Costa Rica 4x4 Rental company in the future and will be recommending your company to other travelers.
